In this edition, learn more about the decommissioning of the Licence Ready app and how Transport for NSW (Transport) collaborated with a Motorcycle Licence Training and Testing Scheme (MLTTS) provider to promote road safety and MLTTS benefits at the Muswellbrook Show.

We also want to share the good news about the extension of the demerit point trial.

Licence Ready app no longer accepted

From 29 June 2024, Licence Ready will no longer be accepted by Transport as an official app to log and submit learner driver log book hours

Promoting the MLTTS at regional show

Transport collaborated with a MLTTS provider at the Muswellbrook Show to promote motorcycle safety and the MLTTS and its benefits.

Demerit points trial continues another year

The demerit point trial has been extended for a second year to incentivise motorists to adopt safe driving behaviours in NSW.
