We now offer Facebook advertising for our Members

Most of our Driving Instructor Members have a Facebook page. Not all of them are using it to their best advantage. Our Association wants to help Members with their self-promotion and plans to offer a workshop or webinar on Social Media Tips later in 2021. In the meantime, we can do the heavy lifting for you with an NSW DTA-run Facebook ad campaign to buy/sell a vehicle or advertise a job opening.

Facebook continues to be a dominant player in business Social Media especially now that we’re past the News story bans last month. Using Facebook to promote your services, announce news about your business or congratulate student drivers are the top reasons to post regular, relevant messages as organic posts.

Alternatively, Facebook has long offered Ad Manager –or Boost Post options for paid advertising campaigns. Yes, you can even get heaps of help on how to set this up with the Help Center on Facebook for Business.

If you’re like most small business who prefer to spend time on delivering your business rather than advertising it, we’ve come up with a solution. The Association’s Admin Support expert has put together an affordable advertising package to help you with Facebook campaigns.

Starting from $60, NSW DTA Members can advertise job vacancies, car sales or searches, and special offers with the help of a professionally created and targeted ad campaign. Each campaign is personally monitored with your input and budget to set it up. We’ll help you decide whether to run it for a few days or longer, depending on your outcomes. You’ll also receive a report to show results and metrics for the campaign.

Here’s how NSW DTA can help you with a Facebook Campaign

  1. Have a clear offer or proposition (car for sale or wanted, job post, etc)
  2. Assign a budget (from $60 to $200)
  3. Provide details to Karen in email admin@nswdta.com.au
  4. Select a Time to Call for phone chat to review (with best ##)
  5. Review Draft Ad & campaign details for approval
  6. Pay Invoice prior to post

Taking the Rocket Science out of Facebook ads

The key is to keep your ad very specific and know who your audience is (or should be). Our insights and experience working the ‘back end’ of Facebook are worth sharing with Members so you can become comfortable using it as DIY when you like. Or not.

This can be a valuable learning experience for Members or a simple way to get things done. Whether you do or don’t want to know about performance analytics or user engagement, we will help guide you through the basics and make every effort to get the best possible result.

We welcome your campaign request so complete this inquiry or drop a line to Karen at admin@nswdta.com.au
