Customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are writing to let you know the Service NSW Bondi Junction Service Centre is moving to larger new premises at:

19-23 Hollywood Avenue
(Corner of Ebley Street and Hollywood Avenue)
Bondi Junction

The current Service Centre located at 88 Ebley Street will be closed from Saturday 3 December to Thursday 8 December while the relocation takes place.

Your invitation

This is your opportunity to meet the Service Centre Manager and the team, and to experience firsthand the look and feel of the larger new service centre before it opens for business.

Paid parking is available at the Bondi Junction Eastgate or Hollywood Avenue car parks. Public transport services are within a 10-minute walk from Bondi Junction train station and bus interchange.

Registration is essential and places will be limited. Reserve your place by registering before close of business on Wednesday 7 December at: engagewithus@customerservice.nsw.gov.au

The new Bondi Junction Service Centre will be open for business at 8:30am on Friday 9 December.

We encourage customers to plan ahead. Nearby Service NSW Service Centres at Botany, Wynyard and Haymarket will be open to customers during the relocation.
